With experience that comes from whole working with schools, teachers and students, and reflection that has been done, is felt a necessity of change the strategic in the existing organization, specially the particular necessity to congregate in one single area of intervention: the contents, the evaluation and the training of the teachers.

The free-market policies lead to the proliferation of multiple forms of content, frequently in traditional formats, without its quality and opportunity being certified. This reality must be modified with the evaluation of textbooks. Digital content must be certificated either.

Teachers and other people involved in this project got the needed skills to operate the equipment. This will be a single opportunity to reflect on the process of teaching-learning, which horizontally goes through all subjects and vertically goes over all school grades.
